This is the ultimate total body workout! Bootcamp will challenge your strength, agility and cardiovascular fitness. You’ll be lead through interval training techniques that switch between cardio, endurance, strength and power drills. Exercises include: jumping jacks lunges, pushups, squats and tricep-dips. It’s the perfect class for anyone looking to improve their current fitness level.

Take 30 minutes out of your day to focus on yourself. Utilizing simple stretches and body weight exercises, we will guide you through a meditative course of postural awareness and balance poses. This course is paced for beginners and will leave you feeling refreshed and calm, not winded or sore.
