Health on Wheels

The Fitness Team has created the Health on Wheels (H.O.W.) program, which is designed to help incorporate a healthy lifestyle and fitness routine for the DCCC Community virtually. Our goal with this program is to provide everyone with our services with just a click of a button.

Want to get in the best shape of your life?

Look no further! You will be paired with one of our Certified Trainers.

First, you will have a Training Assessment to cover the entire Workout Program and set personal goals that you want to achieve. Every Workout Program is customized to your personal needs. You will receive weekly guidance from your trainer.

Health on Wheels YouTube Channel

The “H.O.W.” Program has a YouTube Channel called Health on Wheels. There are ton of Workout videos, Cooking videos, Yoga videos, and other Health and Fitness related videos uploaded every week. Please subscribe to the channel so you can be notified when there are new ones.
