I started working out at the Fitness Center in March 2013. When my old routine stopped producing results, I made an appointment with Rebecca. We talked about nutrition and she introduced me to CrossFit workouts. Since our meeting, I have lost 45 lbs.!
The Fitness Center is a positive place that makes working out fun. It’s full of great people who always motivate me to achieve my goals. Exercise classes like Boot Camp and challenges like the 30-day Paleo Lifestyle Challenge changed my life. I have lost 100 lbs. and kept it off for the last two years.
I really enjoy receiving training from the staff at the Fitness Center. They have helped me achieve many personal goals. I also love the other members!
