Davidson County Community College’s 2018 Annual Security Report is now available. This report is developed to provide information about the safety and security on campus and be compliant with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, often referred to as the Clery Act.

Further, DCCC is committed to fostering a learning and work environment that exemplifies a culture of care and compassion for one another. To that end, the College is committed to providing the best possible learning and work environment for all its faculty, staff, and students. In striving to achieve this goal, it is important to engage in efforts conductive to maintaining the physical and emotional safety for all students, faculty, and staff.

In this report, you will find statistics, definitions, programming, policies, procedures, and campus resources related to campus safety and security, among other vital information. Three years of statistics are included in the report for certain types of crimes that were reported to have occurred on campus, in or on off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the College and on public property within or immediately adjacent to the campus. Also, the chart containing these statistics is below. Thank you for taking time to review the document. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact Candice Jackson at candice_jackson@davidsonccc.edu or 336-224-4516.
