All you’ll need to do:

  • Click the "Request my Transcript" button below to sign in to Parchment Exchange.

  • Create an account (initial visit only) with a valid email address;
  • Complete your profile and choose a password.
  • Complete your registration through the confirmation email sent by Parchment Exchange.
  • Select destinations to receive your transcripts.
  • Sign user agreement and pay online.


Records staff will process your requests, pull your records and send them to Parchment Exchange electronically for delivery.

Parchment Exchange will provide your official transcript in the receivers preferred format and confirm delivery when possible – so you know when your transcripts have reached their destinations. You can track your requests in real time by signing in to your account and viewing your transcript requests.
