Bowman Joins DCCC as Interactive Web Designer

Jan. 29, 2013 – Davidson County Community College has recently hired Jared Bowman as the interactive Web designer in the Marketing and Communications Department.

Bowman is responsible for Web design and oversight of the DCCC Web pages along with videography and integrating marketing and social media planning for the college.

Bowman says that he is excited to use interactive media to get both prospective and current students excited about DCCC.

“I’m looking forward to designing a tool that will be in frequent use by faculty, students and prospects alike,” says Bowman.

He was instrumental in the Jan. 1 unveiling of DCCC’s newly redesigned website that complements many of the college’s academic offerings and services.

Bowman completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts where he majored in sound design and engineering.
