Mission Statement

The National Society of Leadership and Success is a Leadership Honor Society with more than 500 college chapters nationwide. Its mission is to build leaders who make a better world and support people in achieving their dreams. Students experience an intensive leadership development program including peer-to-peer networking, leadership education, training, and development. Each Society member will complete a rigorous training program that prepares them for leadership in the academic arena as well as the workplace. Society members may list their involvement on their resumes, and are also eligible for additional benefits and scholarships due to their membership status. To join students must be enrolled in a degree program with a 3.0 or higher GPA, attend an orientation, three speaker broadcasts, three consecutive Success Networking Team meetings and participate in Leadership Training. Invitation letters are mailed to those meeting the requirements in the spring and fall. Members pay a one-time registration fee which includes lifetime membership upon induction.
