GIS Analysis

Performing GIS Analysis using ArcGIS is a 2 day course that builds on the skills learned in the Intro to ArcGIS II or ArcGIS 2: Essential Workflows courses. The course will introduce students to the powerful analytical capability of GIS using Esri's ArcGIS Desktop. Students will learn how and when to use various types of analysis tools including symbology, queries (spatial & attribute), and geoprocessing tools in ArcToolbox. The course will also introduce students to some of the capabilities of the Spatial Analyst, 3D Analyst and Network Analyst extensions.
