Fast Casual meets Farm to Table with Top Chef Irvin Williams

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to learn the art of cooking from one of the Top Chefs in the nation? Come explore cuisine from world-renowned Chef Irvin Williams. Chef Irvin Williams has appeared on Food Network on the TV show "Chopped". Mr. Williams approaches food with a fresh, farm-to-table style and will both educate and entertain you in this course. Dinner will be included for the evening, as you experience a once-in-a-lifetime cooking demonstration lead by a true professional. The chef will prepare a meal in front of you, explaining every step along the way. He will share recipes, where to find the freshest ingredients, and how to combine it all for a flavorful and unforgettable meal. From demystifying salmon and international cuisine to learning how to prepare fresh staple meals, you'll leave the course feeling as though you've become a top chef yourself.
