For any event held after normal business hours or extending past normal business hours, the client is responsible for contracting security from a College approved organization (Davidson County Sheriff’s Office or DCCC Campus Security). The client shall provide the name of the officer and the contracting organization, including a copy of the written contract evidencing the engagement of such required security services, to the Conference Center coordinator at least one (1) business day prior to the scheduled event.
