The Institute of Study Abroad, Ireland, is based in beautiful Donegal. The campus is located in Bundoran, Ireland’s famous surf town. Learn about Irish history, literature and culture, see famous sites, and interact with and learn from the locals. Soak in the amazing beauty of the Emerald Isle. This is sure to be a trip you will not soon forget!

Adventure in Ireland is open to DCCC students, faculty, and staff as well as members of the community.

Associated Course

All participants must take HUM 180 for credit or the concurrent continuing education course. The class will meet from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday evenings TBA. The cost of the continuing education class will be $69.

Program Fee

$2750*
*Participants who pay the $200 deposit after Sept. 28 will pay a $100 late fee.

Application Deadline

September 28, 2019

After completing the study abroad application, pay a non-refundable $200 deposit to the DCCC Business Office to reserve your spot. This includes the $100 Study Abroad Fee. A total of $800 must be paid by October 28. Final payment due by January 27, 2020.

Scholarship Info

All study abroad participants will have the option of applying for partial scholarships. The deadline for these applications is September 15, 2019. For more information, contact Amanda Klinger at amanda_klinger@davidsonccc.edu or Tim Gwillim at timothy_gwillim@davidsonccc.edu.

Fee includes:

  • Round-trip airfare
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Breakfast daily
  • Dinner daily
  • Full-time services of Institute of Study Abroad Ireland faculty
  • Visits to select attractions as per itinerary
  • Day trips in Ireland and Northern Ireland
