Muggles in England: A Harry Potter Study Abroad Experience

Spring Break 2022
Spend Spring Break visiting London, Oxford, and surrounding cities. As we visit filming locations for the hugely popular Harry Potter series, you’ll learn first-hand the impact that popular culture has on tourism in England.

This trip is intended for: Students, faculty, staff, and community members who have an interest in British culture, popular culture, castles, and of course… Harry Potter!

You will experience: In London you will experience some of the most famous sites in the world, including the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and the London Eye. You’ll also get a chance to see how filmmakers transform London sites into places like the Leaky Cauldron and Platform 9 ¾. Step back in time as you visit Oxford, Lacock Abbey, and Ashridge Estate. Then jump forward to the 21st century and take a look behind the scenes as we tour the Warner Brothers Harry Potter Studio.
