DIPLOMAS
Diplomas will be mailed to students. Students may not pick up diplomas.

• If you applied for graduation by March 1 and you completed your program requirements this semester, then you should receive your diploma in the mail by June 10.

• If you applied for graduation after March 1 and you completed your program requirements this semester, then you should receive your diploma in the mail by August 15.

• Students who walked in the commencement ceremony, but have not yet completed their program requirements, will not receive a diploma in the mail until all program requirements are complete.

TRANSCRIPTS

• If you applied for graduation by March 1 and you completed your program requirements this semester, then your transcript will show your graduation (completion of program) by May 31.

• If you applied for graduation after March 1 and you completed your program requirements this semester, then your transcript will show your graduation (completion of program) by June 30.

• Students who walked in the commencement ceremony, but have not yet completed their program requirements, will not show graduation on their transcript until all program requirements are complete.

HONORS/HIGH HONORS (GOLD TASSEL)
Students who complete their program with Honors or High Honors will have this notation on their transcript and are eligible to receive a gold tassel.

• Graduation with HIGH HONORS is granted to students in degree, diploma, and certificate programs who have achieved an overall PROGRAM grade point average of 3.80 or higher in courses required in the program of study.

• Graduation with HONORS is granted to students in degree, diploma, and certificate programs who have achieved an overall PROGRAM grade point average between 3.50 and 3.799.

COMMENCEMENT PHOTOS
Students who participated in the commencement ceremony will receive an email from Grad Images about 3 weeks after the ceremony.
