Mission Statement/Description
The purpose of this organization is to enhance and encourage the involvement of the students at Davidson County Community College in the common goal of self-direction and to assume responsibility for contributing to the quality of student life at the College. The SGA also assists the College in connecting students and the community to lifelong learning experiences.
How to Join
All students, who pay student activity fees, are members of the SGA. Officers are elected each year and senator students are represented in the SGA council.

Club Activities
Fall Fest, Spring Fling, Club Rush, Co-Sponsors of the American Red Cross Blood Drive several times a year and Student Leadership Institute after graduation each spring.
