Mission Statement/Description
DCCC RFL represents the college in the Davidson County Relay For Life held each spring. Club members learn about activities and services of American Cancer Society, hold fund raisers throughout the academic year, participate as a team in the annual local RFL and learn leadership skills while participating in a community based volunteer organization.
How to Join
The club is open to all current students, faculty and staff members, as well as alumni and former employees. Contact faculty advisor to express interest in becoming a member or with questions about the club.

Club Activities
Club members hold several fund raisers each year including selling stars and feet in honor or in memory of someone that has had cancer, candle sales, pizza dough and cookie dough kits, carnations for a cure for Valentine's day, doughnut sales, participate in Fall Fest and Spring Fling, sell luminaries to be lit at the spring Relay remembering victims of cancer and honoring survivors and attend the annual Relay for Life event in May. The club also sells "HOPE" bracelets, tshirts, and an assortment of jewelry.
There is a bulletin board with information for Relay for Life in the Gee Building upper level outside Jennifer Sink's office 267.
