DCCC provides a comprehensive program of professional and educational counseling and advising to guide students in planning acceptable programs for transfer to senior colleges or universities. Transfer students should always consult the catalog of the institution to which they plan to transfer.

The college transfer degree programs are also considered a pre-employment credential by an increasing number of employers. Many employers view associate degree programs as essential preparation for today's competitive, global workforce.
