Anna Carol Shoaf and Ashley Clay Miller were married Oct. 20, 2007, at Jersey Baptist Church.

The couple exchanged vows in a 6 p.m. ceremony before the Rev. Dr. J. Michael Collier.

Pianist Margaret Yarborough and soloist Andy Peele presented a program of music.

The bride is the daughter of Sammy and Pam Shoaf of Lexington. Grandparents are Carroll and Mildred Smith, Janette Shoaf and Ruth Smith, all of Lexington. She is a 2004 graduate of Central Davidson High School and a 2006 graduate of Davidson County Community College.

The groom is the son of Randy Miller and Cynthia Younts, both of Lexington. Grandparents are Louise Driver, Clay Miller and Nina Eaker, all of Lexington. He is a 2001 graduate of Central Davidson High School. He is self-employed doing hardwood flooring.

The bride's father escorted her.

Christopher Miller, the groom's brother, served as best man.

Brandon Shoaf, the bride's brother, Brett Younts, Jeff Mabe and Derek Taylor were ushers.

Tyler and Chase Miller, the groom's nephews, were miniature groomsmen.

Summer Taylor was matron of honor.

Bridgette Dennis was maid of honor.

Amanda Bogdanoff, Kristi Weaver and Catherine Smith were bridesmaids.

Kenslie Young was flower girl.

Camille Carroll registered guests.

Becky Myers directed the wedding.

Keisha Rush distributed programs.

After a trip to Negril, Jamaica, the couple will make their home in Lexington.

Reception

The bride's parents hosted a reception following the ceremony at Morrison's Grove. Donna Melton and Linda Morrison assisted in serving. Luann Everhardt and Kathy Shoaf greeted guests.

Rehearsal Dinner

The bride's parents hosted a dinner at Jersey Baptist Church Oct. 19.

Bridesmaids' Luncheon

Janette Shoaf hosted a luncheon at Stella's on Oct. 13.
