 Evelyn Gilley and James Fuller of Lexington announce the engagement of their daughter, Marvena Christina Reneé Gilley of Lexington, to Richard Delaney Tysinger of Lexington, son of E.W. and Sandra Richard of Lexington.
The couple will be married in a 4 p.m. ceremony Aug. 4, 2007 , in Lexington.
Miss Gilley is the daughter of the late Joel Gilley Jr. and the granddaughter of Margaret Fuller, the late Gilmer and Mennie Green and the late Joel and Catherine Gilley Sr. She is a 1994 graduate of Lexington Senior High School and is scheduled to graduate in May from the phlebotomy program at Davidson County Community College. She is employed with Cracker Barrel.
Mr. Tysinger is the grandson of the late Jesse and Nora Richard and the late Bill and Florence Tysinger. He is a 1992 graduate of Lexington Senior High School . He is employed with Atrium Windows and Doors and is the owner of Club Sizzlers in Thomasville.
