1. Speak with your current advisor about your reasons for wanting to change majors.
2. Attend the “Choosing a Major” workshop provided by Career Services. Call (336) 249-8186, ext. 6245 to sign up! You may also complete a computer-based career assessment to help you be sure of your new choice.
3. Speak with your Admissions Counselor about how your assessment scores and course credits will apply to your new major.
4. Speak with a Financial Aid representative about how your change of major will affect your financial aid award.
5. After you are certain you want to change your program of study, complete a Change of Major Form in the Enrollment Services Center on the second floor of the Mendenhall Building.
