A workshop designed to help you:

• Understand how your personality strengths can be used in career
  planning
• Know how to make a well-informed career and/or college major choice
• Find and utilize electronic and “real-life” information resources
• Map out a plan for “next steps”
• Explore majors available at DCCC

These workshops are offered weekly in the Career Services Center, upper level Mendenhall building.

• Understand the purpose of an interview
• Learn the secrets of a good interview
• Learn how to dress for an interview
• Learn how to conduct yourself in an interview
• Explore questions you might ask the interviewer

• Understand why you NEED a resume
• Understand what employers do and don’t want to see in a resume
• Learn how to make your resume “stand out in the crowd”
