The mission of the STEM division is to create and promote pathways for students in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math related fields.

Students can obtain an AAS degree or diploma from our division and find gainful employment. Students may also choose the AS transfer degree, which will open doors at colleges and universities across the state in many technical fields of study.

How much money can you make in the automotive technology business? The jobs are numerous, and the starting salary varies with location. In Davidson County, a starting technician can make $10 to $15 an hour. An experienced technician can make $35,000 to $50,000 a year.
