February 17-19, 2012

Davidson County Community College and the Davidson County Public Safety Association are pleased to offer this training to all emergency services and public safety industry personnel. Responding emergency personnel must be prepared to manage the different situations they encounter on the job. This can only be achieved through continuous training. Every effort is made to make the Emergency Services College a success by providing up-to-date instruction on current topics of interest and importance.

Family educational events:
• Ride the Operation Lifesaver Train
• See helicopters, fire trucks and ambulances
• Meet Smokey the Bear, Sparky the Fire Dog and Perry Medisaurus
• Have children's fingerprints taken
• Tour the Child Safety Trailer
• Enjoy the antics of a fire dog robot


Family educational events: Saturday, February 18, 2012, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. at Public Safety Building parking lot. In case of inclement weather family events will be held in Conference Center-2nd floor
