Mission Statement
The Motorcycle Mechanics program at DCCC is designed to help prepare students to enter the motorcycle industry.  The primary focus of the program is to provide students with the technical skills and experience necessary to acquire an entry level dealership position as a motorcycle technician.   Classroom mechanical theory is supplemented by hands on lab assignments.  Program courses cover basic motorcycle maintenance, engine/transmission/fuel system operation, electrical system functions, chassis, brakes and suspension.  Graduates will possess the skills that allow them to diagnose, repair and perform routine maintenance on most brands of motorcycle, scooters and ATV’s.
