Applied Technology: Success Story

Computer Programming Graduate

Adam Lambert graduated from DCCC in 2003 with an Associate Degree in Computer Programming along with certificates in Networking Technology and Information Systems Technology. While attending classes, Adam obtained a full-time position as a Web Developer. He is currently employed as an Associate Analyst at Stratapult, a Division of Inmar,
in Winston-Salem.

Adam says he chose DCCC because “they had one of the best computer programs I had seen” and the program was designed to “fit my needs.” He also says DCCC’s “knowledgeable computer teaching staff and up-to-date computers helped prepare me for a successful career”. Adam’s employer says, “DCCC exposed him to a variety of technologies” that enabled Adam to “hit the ground running” even without prior IT work experience.
