This 20,000 square-foot facility will include large, versatile spaces including a 96-seat auditorium/classroom. A large conference area offers a catering kitchen for use by campus and community groups. Upstairs rooms can accommodate up to 240 students or meeting participants.

As part of the construction project, a new road will be built into the campus on the north side of Old Greensboro Road. The second entrance will help improve traffic flow to the north side of campus. The building is financed through the Davidson County bond project approved by voters.
