Current and prospective entrepreneurs will learn the importance of constructing a solid business plan and following sound business practices in a course to be offered in April and May at the Davie Education Center of Davidson County Community College.
“The Entrepreneur Within” begins April 5 and meets Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7-9 p.m., through May 26. Cost of the course is $70.
Participants will be taught to appreciate the value of starting a new venture, learn to design business frameworks consisting of the opportunity, the marketing plan, the organizational plan as well as the financial plan. The financing of the new venture as it relates to preparing students to make decisions regarding the managing, growing and ending the business venture will be discussed.
