Davidson County Community College will begin offering a two-year degree in Computer Information Technology or CIT on its Davie County campus this fall, according to an announcement.
Students there will also be able to access CIT diploma and certificate programs, as well as related certificates in Applications Specialists and PC Technician studies.
Course work will include training in specific business applications as well as skills such as web development, network assembly and database design. Graduates will be ready to pursue careers in a variety of information technology fields ranging from PC repair to computer network support.
